The planning team works across the sectors, with a focus on large-scale residential development, and deals with the complete development cycle from initial site assessment to project conclusion. This can include negotiations with local authorities and developers, advice and preparation of formal representations, preparation of planning and development agreements, and co-ordination of other professionals.
